Dr. Clarissa Yvonne Domingo
Founder & CEO
Dr. Domingo has been a Faculty member and University Professor at the College of Veterinary Science and Medicine, Central Luzon State University for 40 years. As a licensed veterinarian and a public health advocate of ONE HEALTH, she has received multiple awards for her research and educational contributions. Her primary focus has been on developing optimal molecular and nanotechnology diagnostic protocols for swine and poultry viral infections, which have been incorporated into novel, rapid, accurate, and affordable test kits. These test kits have been patented and are exclusively manufactured by BLITZKRIEG Animal Diagnostic Center. Dr. Domingo earned her DVM, MPH, and DrPH degrees from the University of the Philippines.
Daisy Santiago-Cao
Sales Manager & Bookkeeper
Daisy is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Economics, specializing in Development Economics from the University of the Philippines Los Baños, Laguna, in April 2012. Her past job experiences include working as an Administration Executive/Executive Assistant to the Managing Director in a company in Dubai, UAE, a Research Analyst in the Ecosystems Research and Development Bureau, DENR, Laguna, before joining the Blitzkrieg Animal Diagnostic Center.
Rizalee S. Pilare
Technical Specialist for R&D Project
Riza is a graduate of BS Biology from Central Luzon State University. Currently, she is completing her Masters in Molecular Biology & Biotechnology at UP Los Banos. Previously, she worked as a Science Research Specialist on the development of LAMP-based test kits for the CEO's funded research projects. At present, she is leading the technical work of the enterprise to develop test kits for various pathogens.
Minnie Rose P. Nuno
Admin and Procurement Officer
Minnie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agri-Business from Central Luzon State University in 2014. Since 2016, she has been working as a Project Assistant for the CEO's funded research projects at CLSU.
Twinkle G. Barangan
Technical Associate
Twinkle graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Fisheries in 2018 and is presently pursuing her Master's degree in Aquaculture at Central Luzon State University. She has been employed as a Science Research Associate for the research projects of the CEO at CLSU since 2018.
Candace Anne L. Rabe
Technical Associate
Candace graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture majoring in Animal Science from Central Luzon State University in 2020. Since then, she has worked as a research assistant on the CEO's research projects at CLSU.
